We come to another weekend and I’ve got that Friday feeling!

I didn’t post yesterday, I was tired after helping some people with their house, in the nearby town. We do some cleaning and organising for them.

We finished late and so after dinner I wanted to just chill and go to bed. I did edit a video for my new YouTube channel. You can see it here.

Today was quiet. I finished the panels in my room and will finish the other room tomorrow. Then, at last I can get back to my painting and muscal playing. The usual pizza night followed. I really look forward to my Friday pizza!

I’ve got some recipe books sitting on my table saying “read me”. They are French and oriental cooking recipes and I’m going to try them out. Especially the French Escoffier recipies which should be interesting. I think I might video them and add them to my channel! That’s if I can get the ingredients. Many are hard to find here as most cook the local cuisine! Watch this space for more information.

Speaking of recipes though, we’re just seven weeks off Christmas, aaaaargh, I need to organise and fast. We’ve been on an extremely tight budget these last few years and now things have just started to get better. We always have a lovely family time and eat our favourites, but this year we’d like to do even more. It’s a time we all love and for us presents are secondary to the warm feeling we feel when we’re together.
