A very quiet day today. My gardening hopes washed away as the rain came. I can’t believe that we are only just into autumn after an incredibly hot dry summer and I’m already in a woollen sweater!

After sorting out a messy kitchen I decided to get on with a knitting project. As the weather’s turned cold all of a sudden, I think I’m going to need some winter knits.

I had an afternoon of knitting and binge watching luxury hotel holiday destinations. There are a few more places that I’ve put on my travel list.

As two of the kids were out, I made a quick stir fry for my daughter. and settled down to do some spinning, more knits to come!
