After all the travel of the last few days, I decided that relaxation was a must. I went to bed very early for me. I was exhausted.

The weather was looking a bit dramatic, my balcony so I went out to look.

I love this view. I am so lucky and privileged to have it. I really appreciate my rustic life and would not want to move to live in a busy city. I love the feeling of freedom and calm that I get when I look at this scene. I’m on top of the world. It changes with the light and it is always fascinating.

So today was a day of appreciating what I have. My family, my view, my rustic life.

I did get busy this afternoon but I had a good feeling. One of contentment and peace.
