Finally I managed to get back into my art and crafts studio after working on the ceiling panels for about a month!

I only managed an hour though and just did some practice. Tomorrow I start work on some illustrations and all will be revealed soon.

I just practiced some brush strokes and made a quick sketch of an olive tree in my village. I used my grey practice paper but I was pleased with the outcome.

The weather has cooled down here quite drastically and I was under a home crochet blanket this evening, just to take the chill off. We are trying to hold out before lighting our woodburners but I think that if it stays like this, then tomorrow will be the first of the season! In spite of the cooler temperatures, the sunset was lovely.
