This vintage ad poster is for Pur Champagne Damery – Epernay. The poster encapsulates life and the glamour of times gone by and features a woman from the Belle Epoque period holding a bottle of open champagne with a glass of bubbly champagne, bubbling over the glass. Her dress is an orange colour and her red hair is covered with a big hat with feathers of the same colour as her dress. The background is agreen tone, which provides a lovely contrast with her clothing. The illustration was originally made by Leonetto Cappiello in the first quarter of the 20th century, which is between 1900 and1920.
