I made good progress today on the ceiling panels and I believe I can feel a difference already!

I only have to go around the edges, which, to be honest, are the most tricky as I can’t reach some parts because they are over the stairs and I don’t have special ladders. I have a plan though, so hopefully it’ll all be fine.

After I’ve finished the panels, I have to staple polythene on then the plasterboard. The insulating effect should work without the cosmetic plasterboard, but it looks dark and ugly so I want to give this room a real facelift.

I can’t wait to start on mine. I am very tired though as I’m doing a lot of up and down the ladders as well as stretching and even squatting when I cut the panels to size! I’ve also been in front of the computer all evening searching for a new front door!
